These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Cordoba Perfumes website and your purchase of products from us.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cordoba Perfumes. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

  1. Online Store Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

  1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, sizes, prices, and other details accurately. However, colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, packaging updates, and the customer’s device screen.

Fragrance perception, performance, longevity, and projection may vary depending on skin type, environment, weather, application method, and individual preference. Personal dissatisfaction with a fragrance does not qualify as a product defect.

Products described as “inspired by” are independently offered fragrance alternatives and are not represented as original designer products or as being affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by the referenced brands.

  1. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. Customers must provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors before fulfilling an order. If an error affects a confirmed order, we will contact the customer before proceeding.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Pricing or technical errors.
  • Delivery being unavailable to the provided location.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the amount paid will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

  1. Promotions and Offers

Promotions, discounts, and free-product offers are subject to their stated terms and availability.

For “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” offers, the lowest-priced eligible product will be provided free unless otherwise stated. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

We reserve the right to amend or end a promotion without affecting orders already confirmed under that promotion.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Cordoba Perfumes currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

Standard delivery costs AED 20, while orders of AED 200 or more qualify for free delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours after confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location, order volume, public holidays, weather, traffic, courier operations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The courier may contact the customer to arrange a suitable delivery time. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address and reachable phone number.

  1. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

An order may be cancelled without charge before the delivery representative arrives at the customer’s location.

If the customer refuses to accept the order after the delivery representative has arrived, an AED 25 delivery fee will apply.

Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Approved customer-requested returns and exchanges are subject to a total fee of AED 45, consisting of:

  • AED 20 delivery fee.
  • AED 25 return or exchange handling fee.

  1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days and provide the order details and clear photographs or videos of the issue.

Once confirmed as an error on our part, the applicable return or exchange charges will be waived, and an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund will be arranged.

  1. Personal Information

The submission and processing of personal information through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted with an order is accurate and current.

  1. Website Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or its services when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay, or technical error.

  1. Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including the Cordoba Perfumes name, logo, photographs, graphics, text, and original materials—are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

All third-party trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or descriptive reference where applicable.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
  • To submit false information.
  • To transmit malicious code or interfere with website security.
  • To collect information about other users without authorization.
  • To copy or exploit website content without permission.
  • To place fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally undeliverable orders.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cordoba Perfumes will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under UAE law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts of the United Arab Emirates, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will not retroactively alter orders already confirmed unless required by law.
