Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Cordoba Perfumes. Please review the following terms carefully.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible, the perfume must be:

• Unused and unopened.
• In its original condition and packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal preference, including dissatisfaction with the scent.

A total fee of AED 45 applies to returns and exchanges, consisting of:

• AED 20 delivery fee.
• AED 25 return or exchange handling fee.

If the customer selects a higher-priced replacement product, the price difference must also be paid.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days. The original-condition requirement will not apply once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed by Cordoba Perfumes. No return or exchange fees will be charged in confirmed cases.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge as long as the customer informs us before the delivery representative arrives.

If the customer refuses to accept the order while the delivery representative is already at the delivery location, an AED 25 delivery fee will apply.
