Cordoba Perfumes currently delivers orders within the United Arab Emirates only.
Shipping Fees
- Standard delivery: AED 20
- Free delivery on orders of AED 200 or more
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 24-48 hours after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, order volume, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
The delivery company’s representative will contact the customer using the phone number provided with the order to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and a complete delivery address. Cordoba Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time. If the customer refuses to receive the order after the delivery representative has arrived at the delivery location, an AED 25 delivery fee will apply.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers may request to change the delivery information or cancel the order free of charge before the delivery representative arrives.
Once the order has been delivered, return and exchange requests will be handled according to our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, courier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
